(UPDATED for new ViStart build 2661)

I had yet to see any true Vista Basic Skins, so I made one of my own and named it "Aero Basic BETA" for now. This skin is in BETA but the version of Vistart is stable. Please don't hesitait to report any bugs. The first bug can be seen in the picture, you can see the white pixals at the top corners. This will be fixed as i roll out new versions of this skin. For Windows XP :)
